Website Development Cost in 2026: 4 Real Projects

A turnkey website in 2026 costs from €150 for a one-pager to €1000 and up for a marketplace with user accounts. Instead of abstract ranges, here are four real projects from our practice: a one-pager for €150 in one day, a landing page for €250 in two days, a CRM MVP for €600 in five days, and a marketplace for €1000 in ten days.
What drives the price of a turnkey website?
Across these four projects the price grew from €150 to €1000 for two reasons. The first is how ready the materials are. The one-pager cost €150 precisely because the client brought everything: texts, a logo, photos, a list of team members. When the copy and structure have to be created from scratch, that adds a day of work and roughly €100 of difference, which is what the €250 landing page shows: its entire first day went into research and audience work. The second reason is the number of roles and screens. A one-pager is a single page for every visitor. The €600 CRM already has an admin and users with different roles, and the €1000 marketplace has three separate accounts: buyer, supplier, and administrator, plus a Telegram bot. Every new role means its own screens, permissions, and scenarios to design and test. Timelines grow with the price, from one day to ten.
A charity one-pager: €150 in one day
A charity came to us needing a simple site: who we are, what we do, how to help. The materials were ready: texts about the organization, the list of members, a logo, and photos. Our job was to shape it into a clean page and launch it. One day passed between the start of work and a live site, the fastest launch among the four projects in this article. This scenario is the floor of turnkey pricing: you pay only for design and launch, because the substance was done before we started.
A landing page for a lawyer: €250 in two days
The lawyer came without ready copy, just a clear view of his services. We spent day one on research: a profile of the target audience, the problems clients bring most often, and an SEO base, meaning the queries the page should answer. Day two was design approval and the finished page. The landing got a design system, so future pages can be added in the same style, plus SEO and GEO optimization: the page is readable both for search engines and for the AI assistants people now ask about lawyers too.
A CRM MVP: €600 in five days
The client wanted to test the idea of his own CRM without months of development and the budgets that come with them. We agreed on an MVP: an admin panel, users with roles, dictionaries, a dashboard with charts and stats, and a leads page. The schedule looked like this: day one, a call, requirements gathering, and the spec; day two, spec approval and a mockup; day three, a prototype; day four, a demo for the client and a list of fixes; day five, deployment to production. The client saw a working system on day four and got his changes in before launch, and on day five he had a product he could show to users.
A fertilizer procurement marketplace: €1000 in ten days
The largest project of the four: a marketplace where farmers buy fertilizer. This time there are three roles with different permissions: a buyer account, a supplier account, and an admin panel. We also integrated a Telegram bot so both sides get notified about new requests without sitting on the site all day. Ten days from start to launch.
The four projects side by side
| Project | Price | Timeline | What’s inside |
|---|---|---|---|
| Charity one-pager | €150 | 1 day | page built from ready materials, launch |
| Lawyer’s landing page | €250 | 2 days | audience research, design system, SEO+GEO |
| CRM MVP | €600 | 5 days | admin panel, roles, dictionaries, dashboard, leads |
| Procurement marketplace | €1000 | 10 days | buyer and supplier accounts, admin, Telegram bot |
In all four cases the price came down to two things: how many roles the system has and how ready the materials are.
Why are the timelines in days, not weeks?
The short timeline rests on the process visible in the CRM example: day one is information gathering and the spec, then every day has a concrete step, and the client sees a demo before launch. The second factor is the subscription: after launch, up to 5 simple edits a month are part of the plan, so there is no need to inflate the spec “just in case” and try to predict everything upfront. The site launches with the essentials, and the small things catch up during its first weeks.
Where do clients lose money on turnkey builds?
The prices from €150 to €1000 are not the whole economics of a project. Here are four scenarios clients brought to us after other contractors.
Hosting and the domain stay with the client. The contractor delivers the site and leaves the process, while the yearly hosting and domain bills are yours. Miss a payment and the site is gone, and restoring it means finding a developer again.
Every edit is billed. The turnkey price covers the launch, and the site’s life after launch is extra. Any change of prices or texts is a new invoice.
Deadlines and specs drift. The project drags on, the result diverges from what was agreed, and the client discovers it after paying.
A weak contractor. The most expensive scenario: a second developer has to finish the work, which means paying for the same site twice.
What does a turnkey site cost at pageever?
Our price list: a website from €300, and until 1 October 2026 the promo price is from €150. An online store is from €1000, or €700 on promo. Custom design instead of a standard one adds €100 for a site and €200 for a store. After launch the site lives in a subscription: hosting, a domain with yearly renewal, SSL, daily backups, monitoring, and up to 5 simple edits a month, from €96 a year. That closes all four risks from the previous section: we are responsible for the domain renewal and hosting, small edits are part of the plan, and monitoring watches the site around the clock. All four projects in this article were done this way: a build from €150 to €1000, then a subscription from €96 a year.
