Privacy policy

1.1The policy applies to the pageever.com site, the client account and the lead forms we install on clients' sites.

1.2Data is processed under the Law of Ukraine On Personal Data Protection, and for visitors from the European Union with the requirements of GDPR in mind.

1.3This document explains what we do with your data. Where your consent is needed (analytics, mailings), we ask for it separately.

2.1Personal data means information about an individual by which that person can be identified.

2.2Owner means the sole trader Viacheslav Oleksandrovych Lushchynskyi, who determines the purpose and means of data processing.

2.3Data subject means the individual the data relates to.

2.4Processing means any action with data: collection, storage, use, transfer, deletion.

2.5Cookie means a small file that a site stores in your browser.

3.1You give us yourself:

• a contact for getting in touch: email, phone number or Telegram handle;
• your name, if you gave it;
• the text of your message in the lead form;
• invoicing details, if you order a service as a sole trader or a legal entity;
• access to the domain, hosting and analytics, if you hand these over for the work.

3.2Collected automatically when you open the site:

• IP address, device type, browser and language;
• the pages you opened and the referral source (UTM tags, referrer);
• interaction events: clicks on buttons, form opens and form submissions;
• a visitor identifier stored in the browser's localStorage.

3.3We neither see nor store payment card data: card payments are handled on the side of WayForPay.

3.4We do not collect special categories of data: health, religious or political views, biometrics. Do not send them in forms.

4.1Each purpose has its own legal basis:

• to answer a lead and supply a service: performance of the contract;
• to issue an invoice and keep accounts: compliance with the law;
• to show you your leads and subscription status in the client account: performance of the contract;
• to understand how the site is used and improve it: your consent to analytics;
• to send service messages about the site and payments: performance of the contract.

4.2We do not run marketing mailings. If we ever start, we will ask for consent separately, and it can be withdrawn.

5.1The site uses technical cookies needed for the pages to work, and analytics cookies to count visits.

5.2For visitors from Ukraine analytics starts straight away. For visitors from other countries it does not start until you click “Accept” in the consent banner.

5.3We use Google Analytics and our own event counter. Our own counter stores a visitor identifier in localStorage and does not pass data to advertising networks.

5.4You can change your mind at any time: the “Cookie settings” link in the site footer opens the banner again. Cookies can also be deleted or blocked in your browser settings, though some site functions may then work less well.

6.1We do not sell personal data and do not pass it to advertising networks.

6.2Data is processed by our contractors, which supply the technical infrastructure:

• Cloudflare: CDN, attack protection and hosting of static files;
• DigitalOcean: application and database servers, processing of leads from forms;
• Google (Google Analytics): visit statistics;
• Google (Google Workspace): the work email we correspond with you through;
• WayForPay: processing of online card payments;
• Telegram: notifications about new leads.

6.3Data may also be passed to state authorities if the request is made in accordance with the law.

7.1The servers are in data centres in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany).

7.2The connection to the site is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). Only the co-founders of the service have access to the database.

7.3Backups are made every day.

7.4There is no absolute security on the internet. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures, but we cannot promise that data will never be harmed by the actions of third parties.

8.1Leads from forms: 12 months from the moment they arrive. We keep them longer only with your separate consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

8.2Client data and payment documents: for the term of the contract and then for as long as tax law requires.

8.3Analytics data is stored in anonymised form.

8.4When the period runs out, data is deleted or anonymised.

9.1You can:

• find out what data of yours we process and get a copy of it;
• correct inaccurate data;
• delete data or restrict its processing;
• withdraw consent to analytics;
• object to processing;
• complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to a court, and if you live in the EU, to the supervisory authority of your country.

9.2To use any of these rights, write to [email protected]. We reply within 30 calendar days, and within 10 working days to a request to delete data or withdraw consent.

10.1The service is meant for business and is not addressed to people under 18. We do not knowingly collect children's data. If you think a child has sent us their data, write to us and we will delete it.

11.1When we maintain a client's site, the leads from its forms are processed on behalf of the client: the client decides what the data is for, and we act as a technical processor on the client's instructions.

11.2It is for the client to inform visitors to their site and to obtain their consent.

12.1We use AI tools in our work: we write and check code with them, prepare draft texts, and also build the chatbots that clients order.

12.2We do not pass personal data from your leads to AI services for model training.

13.1We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page, and the revision date is shown at the top.

13.2We will give notice of significant changes affecting current clients in Telegram or by email.
