Frequently asked questions

Simple answers about price, domain, subscription, leads, backups, SEO and Telegram bots.

Hosting and site care

Why a subscription and not just hosting for €3?
Hosting for €3 sells you space on a server. The subscription sells you a working site and people who look after it. The difference in price is about €7 a month; the difference in responsibility is total. When a site goes down on cheap hosting it is your problem, and you find out about it from a client.
Whose name is the domain registered in?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, and we can transfer it to any registrar on request. We pay for the renewal as part of the subscription, but the rights to the domain are yours from day one.
What counts as a “simple edit”?
Changing text, prices, contacts or photos, and adding or hiding a block on an existing page. Basic is one edit a month, Standard is three, Max has no hard limit. A new page or a change of structure is a structural edit.
Is there a contract?
Yes, if you want one we sign a service agreement setting out what is included and the response times. For many clients an agreement in chat is enough. It is your call.
How does payment work?
Monthly or yearly, and yearly is two months cheaper. The payment reminder comes to Telegram in advance. There is no setup fee for joining the subscription.
What if I forget to pay?
A reminder comes to Telegram before the charge date, then once more. The site is not switched off the next day; first we sort it out. Quietly killing someone's business over being three days late is not the service we want to run.
How long does moving from another host take?
Usually one working day. We switch DNS out of hours, so downtime is minutes. Moving the site is free and part of joining the subscription.
What if my site is on WordPress?
We will look and tell you honestly. It is often cheaper and more reliable to rebuild it as static: plugin updates, vulnerabilities and slowness all disappear. If you do not want a rebuild, we can run WordPress too, but then it is the Max plan, because there is more work.
What exactly do you check in monitoring?
We check that the site opens, the SSL certificate works, the home page is available and the lead form has not broken. If the site stops responding, we see it ourselves instead of waiting for a client to tell you it is down.
How fast can a site be restored from backup?
Usually within a working day, and often faster. We keep backups, so after an error, accidental deletion or bad edit, the working version of the site can be brought back.
Can you set up email on my domain?
Yes. For example, an address like [email protected]. Email is not the same thing as website hosting, but we can help choose a simple option, connect the domain and check that mail is delivered.
Who takes care of the SSL certificate?
We do. The SSL certificate is issued and renewed automatically, and monitoring checks its expiry every day — so visitors never see a warning about an insecure connection, and form data is always sent encrypted.
What access do I need to give you?
Usually access to the domain, old hosting, Google Analytics or Search Console if they already exist. If you do not know where things are, send what you have and we will sort it out and tell you what is missing.
Is there a minimum subscription period?
No. You can pay monthly and cancel at any time. Yearly payment is simply cheaper because it is paid upfront for the year.
Who pageever's subscription is for, and who it isn't
It fits small and mid-size businesses that need a working site without a dedicated tech team: one price, one channel of contact, and hosting, the domain and backups are not something you have to think about. It doesn't fit high-traffic projects with complex logic: marketplaces, media publishing dozens of items a day, anything needing a 24/7 SLA. We work standard hours (Mon–Fri, 09:00–19:00 Kyiv time) and respond fast, but we don't run a night shift.
Why is a subscription cheaper than hourly support?
Hourly support bills every call and every hour separately, so even small tasks — checking the site, renewing SSL, fixing a form — end up costing more than expected, and the total is unpredictable. A subscription is one flat price for everything: monitoring, backups, the domain and edits are already included, so the monthly or yearly bill stays the same no matter how many small tasks come up.
Can I switch to a different plan?
Yes, you can switch plans at any time — just message us, and we'll update the subscription from your next payment.
What if the site already exists?
We move it to us for free: we look at what you have now and say what can move across without rework, we move the site and the domain, set up SSL, the form and analytics, and switch DNS out of hours — downtime takes minutes, not hours.
Can an existing site be moved to pageever?
Yes. If the site runs on WordPress or a builder, we look at what can be salvaged: copy, photos, structure, page URLs. From there we either move it as it is onto our hosting, or rebuild it as static files and set 301 redirects so you keep your search positions.

Building websites

How much does building a website cost?
A card site, portfolio, landing page or content site starts at €300, and €150 until 1 October. The price includes a ready-made design, a lead form, SEO setup and Google Analytics. A design drawn for your brand is €100 more. An online shop starts at €1000, or €700 with the discount.
How long does building a website take?
A card site takes 1 to 2 days, a portfolio 2 to 3 days, a landing page 3 to 5 days, a content site 1 to 2 weeks and an online shop 2 to 3 weeks. The clock starts once the copy and photos exist: the slow part is usually not the markup, it is waiting for content. Multi-function sites are quoted separately after a spec.
What if I do not like the result?
That is why the design and structure are agreed BEFORE the build: first the prototype and copy, then the design, and only then the code. At every stage you see the result and give notes. We reach the build once the look is already signed off.
Who owns the site after it is built?
You do. We hand over the site files on request and the domain is yours. No lock-in to our platform: it is ordinary static files that can be deployed anywhere.
Can I order a site without the subscription?
Yes. You get the finished files and deploy them wherever you like. But the free domain and the monitoring are part of the subscription, so without it they do not apply.
How does template design differ from custom?
Template means a ready structure and typography, with your content, colours and photos placed into it. Custom means the design is drawn for your brand from scratch. The difference in price is €100 for a site and €200 for a shop.
Is SEO included in the price of the site?
The technical basics are: a title and description for every page, sitemap, robots, structured markup, speed, mobile version, Google Analytics and Search Console. Promotion through content and links is separate work.
What do you need from me to start?
Only the basics: what your business does, which services or products need to be shown, contacts, photos and examples of sites you like. If you do not have copy yet, we help shape the structure and write a simple draft for you to edit.
Do you write the website copy?
We can help with basic copy: clearly describing services, prices, benefits and common questions. If you need deep sales copy, interviews or a large SEO text, that is a separate task and we price it before starting.
Can the site be in several languages?
Yes. We can make Ukrainian, Russian and English versions. For SEO this is better than mixing languages on one page: each version gets its own URL, title, description and hreflang markup.
Can I connect CRM, payments or a calendar?
Yes, if the service has a proper integration. First we check what is needed: payment on the site, booking in a calendar, sending leads to a CRM or a spreadsheet. Then we give the time and price.
If I do not use Telegram, will I still get leads?
Yes. Telegram is the fastest channel, but leads can also be copied to email or kept in the dashboard. The important thing is having one channel you actually check every day.
How many pages does the base price cover?
A card site or landing page is one page with several sections: services, prices, reviews, form. A content site is 4 to 8 pages plus a blog. Any page beyond the package is quoted separately, and we name that figure before the work starts rather than at the end.
How fast will the site be?
We serve static files from the Cloudflare CDN with prerender, so the browser receives finished HTML instead of assembling the page from a database on every visit. It is the cheapest route to good Core Web Vitals: no PHP, no database queries and no plugins slowing them down.
Will I be able to change text and photos after launch?
Simple edits, such as text, a price, a photo or a new block, are part of the subscription: you write on Telegram and we change it the same day or the next. There is deliberately no CMS in the base package, because an admin panel and its plugins are what most often break small business sites. If editing it yourself matters to you, say so at the brief and we will build that in.
Do you build online shops?
Yes. A base shop covers the catalogue, product pages, basket, checkout, payment and delivery. Heavier requirements such as stock control, multi-level discounts or syncing with an accounting system or marketplaces are quoted separately after a spec.
What does an end-to-end website include?
Page design and structure, adaptation for mobile devices, basic copy, a lead form with spam protection, SEO groundwork (title, description, sitemap, robots) and AI-search readiness, Google Analytics plus our own click analytics, an admin panel with your leads and Telegram notifications. After launch the site runs on our infrastructure: domain, hosting, SSL, backups and an hourly availability check are part of the subscription. None of these are billed separately.
Do I need to buy a domain and hosting separately?
No. Domain and hosting are part of the subscription from €8 a month: if you have no domain we register one in your name at our cost, and if you do we transfer it. We renew it ourselves and watch the dates, so the site cannot disappear because of a missed payment. You will get no separate invoices from a registrar or host.
Can I order a site if I already have a domain?
Yes. The domain stays registered in your name — we only need access to DNS or to the registrar account so we can point the domain at the new site and issue an SSL certificate. We switch it over outside working hours, so downtime is measured in minutes and the old site keeps running until that moment.
Will the site work on smartphones?
Yes, the mobile version is included in the price of any site and is never billed separately. We check the layout from 320px up: text reads without zooming, buttons are thumb-sized, and the form can be filled in from a phone. It is not only about comfort — Google judges a site by its mobile version.
What happens to the site after launch?
The site stays under watch rather than on its own. Every day we automatically check that the page opens, the SSL certificate is valid and the form still accepts leads — we find out about a breakage before you do. We renew the domain and hosting ourselves, take backups, and simple edits (text, prices, photos, a new block) are part of the subscription: you message us on Telegram and we change it the same day or the next.
Do I need a website?
No. A bot works on its own: clients open it through a t.me link from a business card, an ad, a QR code or a social profile. You need a website when you want to be found in search, because a chat thread is not indexed by Google.

Telegram bots

Do I need a separate server?
No. The bot runs on the same €8–€32 a month subscription, and there will be no separate bill for a server. That is one of the reasons bots here cost less than the market rate: the infrastructure already exists.
How much does a Telegram bot cost?
Usually €200–€1000 for the build, depending on the number of integrations, whether the bot keeps the state of the dialogue, whether it takes payments and whether an admin panel is needed. We give an exact figure after a short brief, and the review is free.
How long does development take?
A simple lead capture bot takes 2 to 4 working days. A bot with bookings and reminders takes up to a week. A catalogue with payments or an AI assistant takes one to two weeks. We name the timeline together with the price after the brief, and then we hold to it.
Can you take over an existing bot?
Yes, if there is source code and access to the token. We read the code, move it to our server, connect monitoring and maintain it on the subscription from then on. If there is no code and the bot was assembled in a builder, there is nothing to move and it has to be rewritten.
Who owns the code?
You do. Once the build is paid for, the code is yours: we hand over the repository or an archive on request. We do not lock the bot down or hold it hostage if you decide to move to another contractor.
Can the bot work in several languages?
Yes. The language follows the user's Telegram settings or a button inside the bot. Each extra language is another set of texts, so it adds a little to the timeline, but it does not double the price.
What happens if the bot stops replying?
We find out from monitoring rather than from your clients. A bot runs behind a webhook: when the process stops, Telegram shows the user no error. That is why a daily check of the bot is part of the subscription and is not sold separately.
Can you add AI?
Yes. We connect OpenAI or Claude so the bot answers in its own words based on your materials, helps pick a product or service, and hands the conversation to a person when a live consultation is needed. That is a separate bot type, the AI assistant, and we quote it after a brief like everything else.

Automation and AI

How much does an AI chatbot for a website cost?
A simple bot on ready-made scenarios starts at €150. A bot with full natural-language AI processing is quoted individually after reviewing the task.
Can this connect to our CRM?
Yes, as long as the CRM has an API or webhook support — true for almost all modern systems. If there's no API, we first check what's technically possible.
How long does implementation take?
A simple integration takes 3–7 working days. Complex multi-system automation takes from two weeks, depending on scope.
Which processes can be automated?
Most often — request processing, document generation, data migration between systems, CRM sync, Telegram and email notifications, Google Sheets work, and AI text processing. If a task repeats following clear rules, it can likely be automated.
Do we need to switch CRMs?
No. We connect to whatever CRM you already use via its API or webhooks. Switching CRMs is only needed in rare cases where the current system has no technical way to integrate.
Can an existing website be automated?
Yes. We connect automation to an already-built website regardless of what it's built on — we just need access to its forms, admin panel or API.
Which AI models do you use?
Most often OpenAI (GPT), Claude and Gemini. We pick the model for the specific task — cost, speed and natural-language quality can differ between them.
How much does automation cost?
A simple integration starts at €150. Automating one process costs around €1000 on average; complex solutions are quoted individually. We give you an exact number after a free review of the task.
How long until it pays for itself?
Usually a few months. It depends on how many people and hours the routine used to take — the more time it ate up, the faster automation pays back. You'll find a rough estimate in the calculator above on this page.

Prices and payment

What happens if I want to leave?
The subscription is monthly and you can cancel at any point. The domain is yours and we transfer it to any registrar. We hand over the site files as an archive. No retention periods and no penalties.
How quickly do you reply?
In working hours (Mon–Fri, 09:00–19:00 Kyiv time) within two hours. Outside them we read messages but reply in the morning. Outages on the Max plan get priority.
Which is cheaper — monthly or yearly?
Yearly is 20% cheaper: for example, the Basic plan is €8/mo instead of €10/mo. The full year is charged upfront.
Can I cancel the subscription?
Yes, any time, no penalties. A domain we registered or moved for you stays yours.
Is VAT included in the price?
Prices are shown before tax — tax handling depends on your business's country of registration and is agreed on separately.

Support and requests

What if another developer built the site?
That's a common situation — we regularly take over sites built by other developers. We assess the site's condition, transfer the access and data we need, and take over ongoing care: hosting, domain, backups, monitoring, and edits. The migration is free with an annual subscription; month-to-month, the cost depends on the site's size and condition.
Can I reach out just once, without a subscription?
Reviewing your task and giving you an estimate is always free, with no obligations. But our ongoing work is built around the subscription: continuous site care — hosting, backups, monitoring, small edits — is part of the monthly plan, not a one-off service.
How quickly will you start working on the problem?
We reply within two hours during working hours (Mon–Fri, 09:00–19:00 Kyiv time) and get into the details right away. If it's an outage — the site is down or the lead form stopped sending messages — we start looking into it as soon as you reach out, not in a queue.

General questions

I built my site with AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) — can you host it?
Yes, you can. We move a site like that into our system and adapt it: we check that everything opens and looks right on a phone, and wire up the lead form, the visitor statistics and the address of the site. After that it lives with us like any other site with backups, daily checks and edits.
What is included in the subscription from €8 a month?
Everything needed for the site to simply work, with nothing for you to do: hosting (the space on a server your site opens from for visitors); the domain (the address people type into the browser) and its yearly renewal; an SSL certificate (the padlock in the browser: the site is marked as safe and form data is encrypted); daily backups (copies of the site, so if something breaks we can bring back the working version); uptime monitoring (every hour we check that the site opens); a lead form and dashboard showing who wrote and when; visitor statistics; Telegram payment reminders and one simple text or photo edit a month.
Is the domain really free?
Yes. If you do not have a domain, we register it in your name at our cost and renew it every year as part of the subscription. If you already have one, we move it and renew it the same way. You stay the owner of the domain.
Do you work with my existing hosting?
We can look at it and tell you what is going on there. But the subscription assumes the site lives on our infrastructure, otherwise we cannot answer for uptime and backups. Moving the site is free.
Can a bot be connected to an existing site?
Yes, if the form on the site can send the lead out. If you do not know whether that is possible, we will check the site and tell you. If there is no form, we add it first.
Will it be my own bot or a shared one?
By default leads go through the platform’s shared bot: setup is instant and your chat is linked by chat ID. If you need your own @handle and branding, we build a separate bot with its own token.
How fast does a lead reach Telegram?
A few seconds: the form sends the data to the API, where it is checked and stored, then a queue delivers the message to Telegram. A delay is only noticeable if Telegram itself is down.
How long does building a website take?
A card site takes 1 to 2 days, a landing page 3 to 5 days and an online shop 2 to 3 weeks. The clock starts once the copy and photos exist.
What's included in the monthly subscription?
Hosting, SSL, the domain and its yearly renewal, daily backups, uptime monitoring, a lead form and content edits — see the full plan breakdown below.
Can I cancel the subscription any time?
Yes, no penalties. A domain we registered or moved for you stays yours regardless of your decision.
Can you automate existing processes, not just build a site?
Yes — that's a separate line of work: AI chatbots, CRM and spreadsheet integrations, lead automation. Review and estimate are free.
