The problems we hear about most often

Beauty studio owner

Her website, landing pages, and Telegram bots were created by one freelancer. One day he simply stopped responding. Access to the domain, hosting, and bots remained only with him, so almost everything had to be restored from scratch.

Solution

With pageever, you can download a site archive at any time and register the domain in your own name.

Blogger with a viral Reel

A blogger's Reels went viral and brought more than 50 thousand visitors to the site in a few days. There were no sales at all. It turned out that during launch the developer had not connected the payment system, and all that traffic was lost.

Solution

pageever automatically checks not only site availability, but also the key functions that leads and sales depend on.

Client whose ads “weren't working”

For several weeks, the client was sure the problem was advertising, because there were no leads. In reality, after a small update, the form stopped working, and nobody noticed.

Solution

pageever checks form operation automatically, so problems like this are detected the same day.

Business that lost its domain

A domain that had worked for many years and already held good positions in Google was not renewed on time. Someone else registered it, and the business had to start over on a new address.

Solution

pageever includes domain registration and renewal in the subscription, and the expiry date stays under constant control.

Website with no backups

Because of an unpaid invoice, the hosting provider deleted the account together with the site. There were no backups, so the project had to be recreated almost from scratch.

Solution

pageever creates backups every day, so the site can be restored quickly even after a serious problem.

Website on a CMS that broke

After another CMS and plugin update, part of the site's pages stopped working correctly, and the design had to be restored manually.

Solution

pageever sites are built without a CMS or plugins. They do not depend on automatic updates that can unexpectedly break the site.

Popular questions from our users

Why a subscription and not just hosting for €3?
Hosting for €3 sells you space on a server. The subscription sells you a working site and people who look after it. The difference in price is about €7 a month; the difference in responsibility is total. When a site goes down on cheap hosting it is your problem, and you find out about it from a client.
Whose name is the domain registered in?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, and we can transfer it to any registrar on request. We pay for the renewal as part of the subscription, but the rights to the domain are yours from day one.
What counts as a “simple edit”?
Changing text, prices, contacts or photos, and adding or hiding a block on an existing page. Basic is one edit a month, Standard is three, Max has no hard limit. A new page or a change of structure is a structural edit.
Is there a contract?
Yes, if you want one we sign a service agreement setting out what is included and the response times. For many clients an agreement in chat is enough. It is your call.
What exactly do you check in monitoring?
We check that the site opens, the SSL certificate works, the home page is available and the lead form has not broken. If the site stops responding, we see it ourselves instead of waiting for a client to tell you it is down.
How fast can a site be restored from backup?
Usually within a working day, and often faster. We keep backups, so after an error, accidental deletion or bad edit, the working version of the site can be brought back.
What access do I need to give you?
Usually access to the domain, old hosting, Google Analytics or Search Console if they already exist. If you do not know where things are, send what you have and we will sort it out and tell you what is missing.
What if another developer built the site?
That's a common situation — we regularly take over sites built by other developers. We assess the site's condition, transfer the access and data we need, and take over ongoing care: hosting, domain, backups, monitoring, and edits. The migration is free with an annual subscription; month-to-month, the cost depends on the site's size and condition.
Can I reach out just once, without a subscription?
Reviewing your task and giving you an estimate is always free, with no obligations. But our ongoing work is built around the subscription: continuous site care — hosting, backups, monitoring, small edits — is part of the monthly plan, not a one-off service.
How quickly will you start working on the problem?
We reply within two hours during working hours (Mon–Fri, 09:00–19:00 Kyiv time) and get into the details right away. If it's an outage — the site is down or the lead form stopped sending messages — we start looking into it as soon as you reach out, not in a queue.
What happens if the bot stops replying?
We find out from monitoring rather than from your clients. A bot runs behind a webhook: when the process stops, Telegram shows the user no error. That is why a daily check of the bot is part of the subscription and is not sold separately.
